Day I.

Arrive at Zagreb airport

Day II.

Departure to Hrvatsko Zagorje
Guided tour of the historic castle of Trakošćan and easy hike along Trakošćan Lake
Enjoy lunch in an iconic restaurant in the town of Čakovec
Visit a local pumpkin oil farm, the oil is a staple of the region
Visit Varaždin, take a guided tour through its baroque town center
Overnight stay in an award winning winery, enjoy a locally prepared dinner paired with organic wines and breath-taking views from your boutique accommodation



Day III.

Departure to a small family farm (OPG*), learn about the cultivation and use of aronia berry known for its strong antioxidant properties
Travel through Lika mountain region
Enjoy a picnic lunch in Plitvice, one of the most visited sites in Croatia
Hike along the Plitvice Lakes
Overnight stay at boutique hotel in Zadar region and relax with a traditional farm-to-table dinner ​

Day IV.

Visit ‘Pag’ Island, taste the “world’s best” cheese made from sheep milk, learn about ‘Pag’ history and its famous salt mining
Have lunch at a traditional Dalmatian restaurant
Guided tour of Zadar, one of the oldest towns on the Mediterranean coast known for Maraschino liqueur and listen to the sounds of the Adriatic Sea through it’s ‘Sea Organs’
Visit a local olive oil farm & winery with tastings
Participate in a cooking class and enjoy the fruits of your labor as part of your dinning experience

Day V.

Guided tour of the Knights Templars Castle ruins and an old Turkish palace
Enjoy a light hike above lake Vrana with it’s magical views of the lake and Kornati Islands National Park
Sample Dalmatian olive oil and prosciutto at a konoba (traditional restaurant), learn about home grown products and satisfy your palate with a traditional lunch
Visit a regional winery with wine tasting
Drive through the stunning canyon town of Skradin
Guided tour of Šibenik old town

Day VI.

Guided tour of Split, explore it’s markets and Diocletian’s Palace, the best preserved Roman palace in the world
Transfer to the region of Omiš, an old medieval pirate stronghold with picturesque views of the Cetina canyon flowing into the Adriatic Sea
Participate in a cooking class at an old authentic konoba, experience and taste some of the finest dishes in the region
Travel to Pelješac peninsula, visit by boat an oyster and mussel farm, harvest and eat your own oysters and mussels, followed by dinner at a local seafood restaurant

Day VII.

Travel to the historic town of Korčula, birth place of Marco Polo
Return to Pelješac peninsula
Enjoy wine tasting with lunch at an estate known for its unique architecture and it's reputation as one of the best wineries in the region
Travel to small historic towns throughout the Pelješac peninsula
Participate in another wine tasting at a local winery
Proceed to Dubrovnik region
Dinner at 'top rated' restaurant

Guided tour of Dubrovnik old town, see the original Kings Landing, one of the most beautiful European towns
Participate in a cooking class and lunch at a small family farm
Transfer to Konavle region, guided tour of an old mill with traditional food and wine tasting
