1. Meet the boat at Stomorska or harbor to be agreed upon.

2.Transfer by van with guide to Olynthia Natura olive groves

3. Meet an olive master to learn about olive oil culture, production, history and culture

4. Transfer by van through old Solta settlements to Olynthia Natura mill

5. Welcome drink of locally made liquers

6. Short multi-media presentation (7 minutes) about Solta, olives, tradition, culture.

7. Factory tour: how olive oil is made using state of the art computer/temperature controlled processing

8. Tasting--sample various olive oils to understand their unique differences

9. Authentic Dalmatian Lunch, bruschetta with rukola, various cheese and fish delicacies; followed by shrimp rissotto, salads, fresh breads, light dessert and locally-produced Dobricic wine!

10. Time to visit Olynthia Natura gift shop to buy olive oil at prices 25% less than retail shops--and the factory can ship
anywhere in the world! And transfer back to the boat.
